I am one of those people who usually only writes letters when I'm dissatisfied. This time it's different.
I am employed by the University of California, San Diego. A few weeks ago I purchased a tuna sandwich from the Sunshine Store thinking it was bound to be inferior and what could I expect from a pre-packaged item. Well, to my surprise the tuna appeared to be albacore (as opposed to what I call cat food) and was wonderful! Just today I again purchased another sandwich this time chicken salad on a croissant and again to my surprise, the chicken was all white and very good.

Dear Brown Bag:
I would like to take a moment and tell you how great your sandwiches are. I generally like to go out for lunch, but on a couple of occasions recently, I had to run errands and was unable to stop and eat. I don’t usually like any vending type food but noticed your sandwiches in our machine, they looked very appetizing. I went ahead and bought one of your roast beef with peppercini's and it was excellent. Believe it or not, I'm finding myself checking the machine before I go to lunch, because I would rather have one of your sandwiches that go out. I've tried all of your sandwiches now and think they are all excellent.
